Energy Modeling

This service is typically incorporated into design or energy audit services for new and existing buildings, respectively. A 3-D model of the client's property is created and analyzed for a wide range of energy characteristics (e.g. HVAC, lighting, appliances, insulation, envelope, etc). Various changes of the building are modeled to determine where the most effective improvements can be made. Both energy use and emissions can be modeled as a part of this service.

Design

These services are generally provided for new construction and remodeling projects. Utilizing our extensive internal resources and external partnerships, we can provide detailed energy modeling, building and landscape architecture, passive solar design, interior design and other design services with sustainable principles and features integrated from the beginning.
